Thank you for such dedication, hard work and good humour! Go be fearless, be curious, be your amazingly talented selves. So excited to see where those talents take you 😊.

-Small classes
-Exercises tailored to meet individual and group needs
-Ideas to make it functional for you and fun for baby too!
-An opportunity to connect with other post-natal parents and babies

Well, today was the penultimate Pilates class with this awesome trio! Soon to be graduates of the fantastic SA Performing Arts Centre . Strong, determined and hugely talented. An absolute joy to have been part of their journey. Can't wait to see everyone perform in the grad show!! Amazing!! 🤩
