The condition I’m chasing this summer!
The physique is constantly evolving landscape, I’m not one to remain lean year round. I’ll pick a time, work towards the goal for 6-12 weeks, and probably hold the condition for about the same time.
This for me is an ideal body fat level, I remain fit, strong, functional. I’ve delved into the low single digit BF% a few times, and it’s pretty miserable in my humble opinion. Fatigue, uncontrollable hunger, zero s*x drive, it’s not fun..
Either way there needs to be plan!! And ticking boxes over the course of a week is how to achieve that goal. Weather it’s dropping 10kg for a competition or dropping 10% body fat.
EXERCISE, NUTRITION, RECOVERY all need to be point! Not just for a week or two, but consistency over the course of 6-10-12 even 16 weeks depending on the goal!
