There is absolutely no giving up for our Misfit Fitties….. we have even done an extra session this morning, that’s 7 seasons in a row this week ladies, huge huge well done 🙌🏻🫶🏻

I am blown away by everyone’s dedication and daily support in the group, you ladies are all absolutely incredible 🫶🏻

If anyone would like to join us it’s just £18 for the next 3 weeks of live classes, that’s 6 sessions per week which works out at only £1 per class…..there’s new people joining all the time and instantly getting that buzz, there is no other way I’d want to start my days lasses and I think you are all truly amazing 💪🏻🫶🏻💛 ###

Absolutely huge well done to the misfit fitties who have trained all bank holiday weekend……. No excuses, only results 💪🏻💛🙌🏻

Ladies I am so so proud of the pure dedication from you all, just getting up and getting it done, taking that little time each day for yourself to feel better both physically and mentally 🥰🥰

Huge shout out to Christine Laycock who has signed up and straight into action 💪🏻💛 it’s like the good old days as Christine used to train with me about 15 years ago…… she’s baaaack baaaaby 💪🏻💛

Lasses there’s no stopping us, we have another new 4 week block starting next Monday and I’m loving the dedication of you all signing back up 💛💛💛💛

If anyone wants to join us it’s £24 for 4 weeks of live online classes, that’s 6x classes per week working out at £1 per session and the girls will vouch for me when I say we work just as hard as in a gym or studio…… if you struggle to fit a workout in then online might be the answer, it’s all about whatever works for you and what you can fit around our super busy lives as women. 💛💛

Eeeeeeeh my goodness I don’t know what to say…… you Misfit Fitties have absolutely smashed it this week, I feel like we’ve taken sessions up a notch 🙌🏻💛

5x 6am sessions done this week and no two sessions have been the same, literally mixing things up day in and day out 💪🏻🙌🏻💛

I love that new people have joined and just instantly loving the sessions……. and our banter in the group (IYKYK 😜❤️)

I’m so proud of you all for getting up and getting it done lasses, some of you have children round your ankles joining in which we absolutely love to see…… it’s the perfect way to get up and get a session in all before 7am, no childcare needed and we work as hard as in a gym or a studio……

If you struggle to fit exercise into a busy lifestyle then online training could be the turning point 🥰 if anyone would like to give sessions a try it’s just £6 for next 7 sessions of this block, a perfect opportunity to see if it’s for you 💪🏻🙌🏻💛

Yes yes yes……. 18 strong, determined women up and at it at 6am again this morning and smashing out a full body workout 💪🏻

Loads of boxing 🥊
Loads of upper body 💪🏻 & leg work 🙌🏻
Loads of abs 🔥
Fast bursts of sprints 🏃🏼‍♀️🌬️

Day now made and no having to think about fitting in a workout later on in the day and we haven’t even left the house 💪🏻💛

We train as hard as we would in a gym or a studio, classes are live, music is pumping and I’m there to shout and motivate the whole way through….. and everyone steps up every single time, I’m buzzing lasses, you are all MINT ❤️

That’s right, each block is 4 weeks long and includes 24 live classes for only £20…… we have new people signing up all of the time and loving the sessions and the results that come with it 🔥 🔥 🔥

I am absolutely blown away with the dedication from the Misfits Fitties over this Easter Bank Holiday weekend, we have trained Good Friday, Easter Sunday and this morning….. full classes with everyone absolutely going for it 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 we are the definition of work hard… play hard this weekend lasses 😜💪🏻💃🏼🙌🏻

The support in the group is amazing, we keep each other going and motivate one another to never give up 🙌🏻💪🏻 bloody love you all.

We have 5 more classes to go this week, if anyone would like to try our online sessions it’s just £5 for the next 5 session….. it’s an amazing little kickstart for anyone wanting to get back on track 💪🏻🙌🏻💛

Wow wow wow, 22 dedicated Misfits were up and logged on class at 6am this morning and this quote sums us all up…… when that early alarm goes off it can feel a real struggle but we log on, have a right laugh before class even starts and by 6.45 we feel like new women who can take on anything the day throws at us 💪🏻🙌🏻

Instant mood lifter and goes without saying you all work your arses off…… we even have members who are working away and joining us from the hotel gym, now that’s pure dedication 💪🏻💛 so so proud of you all 🙌🏻

Some mint PBs in today’s class too which shows we are pushing and progressing all the time, GET IN 💪🏻💛 everyone’s straight in the group after class keeping the energy and motivation high, love it lasses man 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛

Another strong start to the week for us Misfits with a full out, full body workout to kick start what is going to be another positive week for us all 💪🏻💛

I love that it was like Sunday confessional in the group last night 🫢 😂 everyone confessing their weekend treats, but life is for living lasses and what I love even more is we all committed to getting up and getting back on the wagon today which we’ve done 💪🏻💛🙌🏻

The mornings are getting lighter and lighter and there’s no stopping us 💪🏻

We have started week 4 today and already people are committing to the next block of sessions 💪🏻 If anyone wants to give class a try this week it’s just £5 for 5 live classes and access to our private group where we help and support each other every single day without fail 💛 drop me a message and I can send more info and help all I can 💛

We have new people joining all of the time and instantly getting that workout buzz…… the amount of times I hear people say “I could never get up and workout at 6am, I don’t know how you do it” and then they join and say it’s the best thing they ever did 💪🏻💛
