Summer is almost upon us and holidays fast approaching. Would you benefit from a boost to your fitness and confidence? What about feeling good at the beach or around the pool? Toning up before embarking on your holiday, learning a new life skill and gaining self-defence skills?

Even if you are not heading away this year, Garstang Taekwondo is offering a special trial of 4 classes at a reduced price – the perfect way to experience the energy and discipline of martial arts without a big commitment. And we are open during school holidays.

Sunday, July 5th, competition at Urmston, Manchester. Available disciplines: sparring, patterns, (adults) breaking, and special flying kick. Sparring is touch sparring, excessive contact will be mobitored and actioned. If you are interested in taking part in this local competiton, let me know asap.
