So today myself and Dave attended a course with Adam Peaty and his team AP race.
Amazing team of experts they have, all full of knowledge from their experiences and qualifications, all of the team were inspirational and so happy to teach.
Lots or tips, got to watch Adam and a team mate coach poolside, listened about Nutrition, watched land training, attended a mind training workshop and so much more.
Now time to process what we learned, chat to our coaches and share the knowledge then deliver and teach our swimmers 🏊‍♀️
I will also share more images and videos of the day as they come through.

This week Swimmer of the week is
Isla 👏👏

She had never done a back stroke tumble turn and absolutely smashed it on her 2nd go 👏👏
This turn is possible the hardest to time and get right, I honestly had never seen someone get it perfect so quickly 👏👏🏊‍♂️

On Friday 7th we awarded the Swimmer of the week to Freya 👏👏👏

Freya has improved her dives 💯, she always puts lots of hard work in.

Ruby definitely deserved our swimmer of the week trophy this week, her improvement shone through in tonight's session, in 1 hour she worked hard and focused on her swimming technique
