Well what a fab session today at Leeds Aikido for the squad session.

Junior national squad session was run by some of our Garforth students with friends from Collingham Leeds and Harrogate Kodokan Aikido. Great numbers turned out from all over including our friends Huddersfield and Bradford Tomiki Aikido Club Tomiki Aikido Club.

The coaching team and assistants should be incredibly proud of what they did today, it will hopefully inspire others to follow!

Great to have so many of our own students doing their first squad session and just getting involved, a top effort to you all!!

Seniors was run by sensei Paul and he put everyone through their paces whilst passing on his knowledge and experiences.
