Can you be a You Fit Hero? 🤔
We are raising awareness across all of our You Fit clubs to see how many of our members can be A You Fit Hero!🥳

Can you donate an hour of your time? We are trying to encourage as many of our members as possible to visit the blood.co.uk website and arrange an appointment where you can donate blood at your nearest donation centre. Every donation can save up to 3 lives, and make a big difference to someone in need.

With a nice and very hot Summer now behind us, don't let the colder days put you off continuing to achieve your swimming goals.. 🏊

We've loved seeing you all cooling off and enjoying all the many benefits, both physical and mental of our Swimming pool.. 🤩
We would like to take a moment to remind all of our members and guests about the benefits of showering before swimming and using all of our wet facilities, and thank you in advance for your co-operation..
