Toasty Tuesday is on at 4pm today. We are very grateful to Tesco Express for providing bread for our after school event up until Mid October until our new funding from ACHA kicks in - big thankyou to ACHA too who will fund us until March next year !
5-6pm today : Youth Scotland are bringing one of their new programmes to us - build your skills and confidence through games and workshops

It's a bit of a dreich morning but you can bring your wee ones indoors to play and get a homemade lunch made for you.

Open to everyone and lunch provided for adults and children, or feel free to bring your own. Diluting juice, water and fruit also provided. Arrive and leave any time 11am-1pm.

🍂✨ Hello September! ✨🍂

A brand-new month and lots of lovely things happening at Diane Carole Therapies. 💜

This September there are so many different ways to take a little time for you — whether you want to learn Reiki, switch off with guided meditation, enjoy an evening of yoga, sauna and relaxation, join our weekly Keeping Well Together classes… or come and try something completely different at my brand-new FEEL ALIVE — Move • Play • Release • Be workshop. 💃✨

I absolutely love seeing all of this together. So much of what I want to create is about bringing people together, helping us feel good in our bodies, quietening our minds and remembering that wellbeing can be joyful too.
