Another early morning fitness session for the Scottish Keelboat Academy. Looking forwards to another great days sailing out on the water.

Take a look at some of this year's sailors in action on what was a very productive weekend. The weekend saw one day of nice winds and one day of pontoon dry drills which proved to be very useful. The level of interest from the sailors is high and the level of questions they are asking are excellent going to be a good training season.

Lunch time in the Gareloch, nae wind so pontoon drills but first lunch after intense fitness this morning.

Some say play park, but we at the ska like to say it's a outdoor fitness area just a short run from the boats.

A very cold day on the Gareloch has come to end with a golden sunset. This afternoons training saw short sharp racing courses with all the sailors trying out a different role on the boat each race.

The squad are just rigging up for a day out in the Gareloch. This is the second weekend the squad have come together and the first time the sun and wind have played ball this season.

With squad members being involved heavily throughout the fleet we are excited to see the progression through the season of Joe Penhaul Smith on Animal & JoJo Barrie & Alexandra Brown on No worries.

A mention also to other squad members Jamie Spratt & Maria Anna with their sonata sailing. As well as Murray MacDonald who had a difficult weekend with Autism on the Water but we have confidence he will persevere.

Keep an eye out this weekend for those well-known mustard stripes of the Sonata Saraband. Two squad members, Jamie Spratt & Maria Anna joined by two others have been kindly been given access to the boat from Mark Taylor.
