Find Your Adrenaline Find Your Adrenaline, home of Ultra Trail Scotland 2017. Time to It’s not about what you do, but whether you do it!!

Find Your Adrenaline was set up by 2 like-minded individuals desperate to find the inspiration to get off their sofas and get healthier, but found and continue to find the motivation to do so sometimes illusive. So it’s put up or shut up, we are taking some of the brands we like and want to wear – let’s face it without the Lycra there is no point; balancing with a healthy dose of skepticism of the

fitness and eating fads that are espoused by the ‘six pack fraternity’; taking an irreverent look at what we find works (or doesn't work) for ‘the average person’……the ‘very average’ person; to give our view on the events, techniques and technologies that you might consider to find your own adrenaline. While we provide an online shop, our main site will provide regular updates on fitness progress and blogs, as well as tips and advice from participants, enthusiasts and seasoned veterans, to help you on your way!
