Ok folks so before the big guy in red arrives we have one more training session on the 22nd. Just for a bit of a change this is going to be a challenge evening! This will involve all sorts of different tasks from "how many pressure in 60 seconds" to "best effort throughout the class"... chocolate based prizes for the winner of each challenge. Let's finish the year strong !

Massive congratulations to Bella, Grace and Connor on passing their gradings tonight, having reviewed their progress over the past few weeks the instructor team made the call to test them against both the yellow tag and yellow belt syllabus, (unknown to the students) well they pulled it out of the bag and performed brilliantly, keep up the hard work !!!

Grading night is upon us, first one since opening the club for juniors under a new name , proud of the new members and all they have learnt and shown so far, and equally as proud of the committee/ instructor team. It's easy to turn up and train but the passing on of knowledge is where you truly start to hone and develop your skills and cement your understanding.

Best of luck to everyone tonight pass or fail your already winners who are better than you were.
