My best friend is closing Vertical Joy today. She has a shadow ban on her social channels, typically. The algorithm loves half naked men but can't cope with a bra!
I just have to say that the last 11 years have always had one constant in them for me. Your love, support, and unwavering commitment to foul language and that resting bi@tch face of yours, has never tired. Vertical Joy is not a building, it is the people, and at its heart, it is, and will always be, you.
No matter what the next chapter holds, I, and everyone else who adores you, will be there. You are a mad scouser with a faulty filter and a talent for pole & aerial we are still in terrible awe of.
Thank you for all you have given, and continue to give. Take a break now, and put yourself first for a while 😘. We love you x

We had a sweaty class and because we didn't shy from it, we elevated our fitness and our resilience.
I am so rarely impressed, especially by you lot, but tonight you knocked it out of the park.
