If you cant control your dog or implement simple boundaries in the house, then you'll have a hard time doing the same when out on a walk.

Most reactive dogs show unwanted behaviours when at home. If youre letting your dog rehearse these behaviours at home yet not outside, then youre not being clear. You're being unfair.
