I started coaching Sunnie when he was just 7 years old… now he’s nearly 10 and already showing signs of something special.
He’s grown not just in skill, but in character, discipline, and belief—and I’ve had a front row seat to it all.

He’s more than just someone I coach—he’s someone who’s been by my side from the beginning of my own coaching journey.
A hardworking, humble, and gifted young lad who’s starting to get the recognition he deserves, whether it’s in the ring or on the skipping rope.

I’m genuinely excited for what’s ahead, because I know how far he can go.

There are times I’ve doubted myself as a coach—but seeing his progress, his work ethic, and the way people are starting to notice him reminds me I must be doing something right.
And as a young female coach, I don’t take his loyalty lightly. The trust, the consistency, the commitment—it means more than people realise. 👊

NEW CLASS ALERT 🚨
We now have another womens only class on a Wednesday morning 9am to run alongside the current Saturday 9am class!
This means there’s now more training available for the women wanting to do these classes!
These classes work around school times so perfect for you to have some time to yourself!

The Wednesday class will start from Wednesday 1st October ran by KPR Coaching/Boxing!
The current Saturday classes are still running now with Michelle Page so make sure you get booked in!
Two very good female coaches who will help you achieve the best possible results! 💪

Very impressed with Rogan. This lads dedication and attitude has improved immensely in the last few months of training. And it’s paying off, huge improvements in a matter of weeks in both sparring and fitness !
One of the strongest kids I know. He puts in the work every week 💪

Was 7 now 8 year old Sunnie has been with me just over 7 months. These before and after videos show the pure difference on technique, speed, power and confidence 🔥

1-2-1s can benefit in so many different ways. Wether you want you or your child to fight or if it’s just for pure enjoyment and fitness !!!

Sunnie is now off for his 5th fight this year and is smashing it 😀
