Cardio doesn't have to be something you hate. Find something you enjoy and it doesn't even feel like a workout πͺ
This was my netball match tonight. HR of over 180 the whole game. I can kill myself in a spin class, running or on the stair master and still only hit 150!!! Double the amount of calories burnt π₯΅
I'm completely drenched, but had the best time, laughed so much and the minutes flew by. For me team sports are now the way forward, not only a great workout but they bring support, motivation and a sense of belonging and empowerment you don't get on your own πͺ There is really something to be said by surrounding yourself with the right people to achieve your goals π
