Our gym 😂 never would I change it we have so many strange people that train here all sizes from fat as, too tooth picks, it's best place best atmosphere no bull s**t no rubbing egos just fuggin train and have a laugh 😂😂
No transition to next set it's your fuggin go!!

No calorie deficit we all in deficit at 5am 😂

No Fasted training we fugin starving but had no time to eat for session 😂

An fuggin cardio is spewing up not watching netflix on a machine 😂

Our boot camp and spin is awesome cardio !!!!!!

Hi guys, just to let you know this breaking news, the 2k+ that anglesey council took away from our rates relief is now going towards strengthening Welsh people in speaking Welsh, foookin da iawn 🤣🤣

More staff than ever are strengthening their Welsh skills at Anglesey County Council.

We’ve seen a significant increase in the number of learners across the Council – from 15 in 2022/23 to 89 in 2024/25.

This year, we’ve expanded our offer to include confidence‑building sessions and refresher courses for more experienced speakers. To put their learning into practice, staff also organise activities such as fundraising events and coffee mornings.

These informal activities help build confidence, encourage the natural use of Welsh, and create a supportive environment where learners can practise together.
