1. **Big Trouble vs. Little Trouble**: Big trouble (like a fire 🔥) = call 999. Little trouble (like a small cut) = no 999 needed.

2. **Dial Hero Number 999**: For big troubles only! 📞

3. **Speak Clearly**: Say things like "Help, someone's hurt!" or "Fire!" Be brave & loud! 🗣️

4. **Your Magic Code (Address)**: Really important. Tell them where you are! 🏠

5. **Stay on the Line**: Chat with the operator until they say it’s okay to hang up. 📱

6. **Oops, Wrong Call?**: It's okay, just tell them it was a mistake. 😅

Mums and dads... this is important 🧡

Teaching self defence and safety skills to young children should be fun, an adventure :)

But there are serious undertones too.
We use the 'Miyagi' approach from Karaye Kid.

There's no need to scare kids, so we hide the safety skills in fun exercises.

But they are also skills that can keep our kids safe too.

Its a balance of nurture and knowledge 🥰
