The holidays can be a magical and beautiful time but also tricky and testing time. Today, we got the rare opportunity to train together 🙌 and to be honest we both really needed it!
The gym can be a kind of sanity anchor in a loud, demanding world. When everything feels chaotic, the gym becomes one of the few places where things make sense. Training gives structure to the mind. Reps, sets, and routines quiet the mental noise and pull you back into the present moment. There’s something grounding about physical effort and it reminds you that you’re capable, resilient, and entrusted with a body that was meant to move.
For many, the gym isn’t about aesthetics at all. It’s about release. Stress, frustration and self doubt…all of it has somewhere to go! In those moments of effort and stillness between breaths, there’s room for gratitude and reflection.
The gym keeps us sane not by fixing everything, but by offering space… space to focus, to breathe, and to honour both mind and body as gifts worth caring for, especially when life feels overwhelming.
(We will share our push day with you guys soon.)
