Munroe Salver 4BBB Competition

Congratulations to Colin Cook and Gary Butler, who took the honours with an impressive 47 points to win the Munroe Salver.

Keith Francis and Ken Cox finished in second place with 46 points, while Sarah Hynds and Gail Painter secured third place with 45 points. 🏆⛳

New Year’s Eve Ball at Orchardleigh Estate 🥂🎟️

Join us in the stunning Elmhay Orangery for a glittering black-tie celebration as we welcome 2027 in style!

Your evening begins with a welcome glass of fizz on arrival at 7.00pm, followed by a delicious three-course Gala Dinner served at 7.30pm.

Then it’s time to dance the night away with music from our DJ and live saxophonist before gathering outside at midnight for a spectacular fireworks display over the Estate.

The Men’s Club Championship, held over Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August, produced two days of closely contested golf and some excellent scoring.

Tim Edwards claimed the overall nett title with a superb combined score of 138, finishing just one shot ahead of Pete Sturman and Rory Kelly, who shared second place on 139.

The overall gross championship was won by Phil Piercy, whose impressive score of 153 secured the title. Stan Ford finished as runner-up, while Leon Matthews completed the leading three in third place.

Congratulations to all the prize winners and everyone who took part in another successful Men’s Club Championship.

Great to host Frome RFC for their annual Golf Day

With pre-season now in full swing, players and members of Frome RFC swapped their boots for golf clubs as they took to the fairways for the club's annual Golf Day at Orchardleigh Golf Club.

With the sun shining and plenty of laughs throughout the day, it was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to catch up away from the rugby pitch before another exciting season begins.

A huge thank you to Orchardleigh Golf and Country Club for hosting us, and to Dan Dredge for helping make the day such a success.
