“Summer” Social Touch Rugby | TONIGHT

Despite the rain… Frome RFC’s “Summer” Social Touch Rugby returns TONIGHT at 7pm.

Touch rugby is a fast, fun and social non-contact version of the game, designed to keep a rugby ball in your hands during the off-season.

With no tackling, scrums or lineouts, it’s easy to pick up and open to everyone, regardless of experience or ability.

These sessions are perfect for current players, former players who miss the game, anyone new to rugby, or people simply looking for a fun way to stay active and meet new people at the club.

Everyone is welcome!

Sessions start on Thursday 14th May at 7pm and will run every Thursday evening throughout the Summer at Frome RFC.

‘No Talk’ Touch Rugby for MND |

Friend of Frome RFC, Dom Jones will be hosting a Touch Rugby competiton in june with a twist..

The ‘No Talk’ Touch Rugby event will see two competitions held on June 27th from midday.

All in aid of some fanatic charities, / /

The event is part of Dom’s 26 in 2026 challenges, some of which have included Marathons, Cross Fit events and mountain climbs (with lots gruelling events to come). The event is free to enter, with donations to the MND charities on the day.

A huge thank you to everyone at Whitchurch RFC for the fantastic hospitality shown to Frome RFC during our senior tour to Cardiff this weekend.

The Touring side experienced a very warm welcome with Whitchurch making us feel right at home, playing a big part in making the tour such a memorable occasion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning the favour in the future.
