After five years of dedicated service from our current manager (more on that later!), we're looking for a new manager and/or coaching team to help lead Frome Town Women into the next chapter of our journey.
We are an established women's team with a committed group of players, a passionate volunteer team and a strong desire to continue providing opportunities for women and girls in football.
Whether you're an experienced manager looking for a new challenge, a coach wanting to take the next step, or a group of people who could work together to share responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for people who:
⚽ Love football and player development
⚽ Can create a positive, inclusive environment
⚽ Want to make a real difference in grassroots football
⚽ Are willing to work alongside a supportive group of volunteers
Coaching and management experience is welcome, but enthusiasm, commitment and the right values are just as important.
