Week 5 will see us thinking about the food we like to eat as we side stretch like bananas π and pop like popcorn πΏ and stir up a big bowl of warming porridge π₯£ before flopping arms and legs like cooked spaghetti π into a nice relaxation at the end β₯οΈ
We will include some gentle twists too which help wake up our backs, our tummies and our brains and make us feel great π
