It’s RUN TALK RUN Tuesday! 🏃‍♀️💬

A gentle, all-ability 5 km run where we move, chat, and check in with each other. It’s a safe, supportive space to talk about mental health (or anything else!) with kind people who just get it. 💚

No pressure, no pace — we run as slow as our slowest runner, and no one gets left behind.

It's Run Talk Run day .. but to be sensible tonight we walk!

We will plan to still do a 5km but with the weather forecast saying it will still feel like 34 this evening we will walk it.

6:45 meet at the cricket club as usual.

What a gorgeous evening! A slightly different route today for the spring social followed by some drinks and food and most importantly great company.
Tonight we were celebrating what we've all achieved. Whether that was a marathon or just getting out of the house, we've all done something great this year (and also an early birthday celebration).

Normal service resumes next week, 6:45 at The Cricket Club !

It's Run Talk Run spring social day ☀️

We are meeting at our usual time of 6:45 but at the C&G car park for one week only.

We will be doing a slightly different route along the river and then ending at Codero lounge for some drinks (and food if you fancy).

It's also mental health awareness week and this year's theme is Action! f you haven't joined before and are thinking of coming tonight please feel free - just drop us a message!
