Excellent team time trialling on the chainie last night. Thanks to Paul Bagley for the pics and for making sure he got me on the front every time - top man. Jamezz nursing Di home with cramp , Aidan getting cramp in the finale up Grimsditch, Lee Grounds making a comeback. Quite a night. More Thursday!!

The Frodsham Wheelers-Runcorn CC Club 10's are back on from May 5th through to August 19th on the Hatton Circuit. Enter on the night in the layby as per usual , no online this year. American billionaires want too much of the entry fee and CTT don't leave much of it for us to start with. First rider off 19:01 , sign on from 18:00 ish. REMEMBER FRONT WHITE LIGHT , REAR RED LIGHT AND CRASH HAT (any colour!) WE AIN'T PROVIDING THEM AND WE AIN'T MAKING ANY EXCPETIONS - IT'S THE ORGANISER WHO GOES IN FRONT OF THE POLICE IF THERE'S AN ACCIDENT SO , DO YOUR BIT EH? Cheers
