NEW BABY/ TODDLER CLASSES

I am thrilled to announce that we have new baby and toddler classes now available to book for our June/July block. As well as being Water Babies trained and having worked with them for many years, I have also trained with . They are an approved training provider by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and a partner of the Swimming Teachers Association (STA). I can't wait to add more sensory discovery play into my swim sessions. I am busy planning them now to make stronger connections in the water for you and your little ones and look forward to welcoming all your lovely babies in our new block.

Introducing our new programme, "Sensitive Beginnings," designed for premature babies or those who would benefit from that little bit extra in the pool. To find out more, please send me an email and I will be delighted to go through all your questions and get your little one's swimming journey started.

Countdown is on for our 4 day crash course.💦🏊🏻‍♀️
so excited for our crash course next week, if you have a child who is a beginner or nervous swimmer this is a perfect way to build up their skills and confidence during the 4 day course we will be learning the following and much more:
🐸Jump in from poolside safely and return to side safely without or with minimum assistance
🐸blow bubbles a minimum of 4 times rhythmically with nose and mouth submerged
🐸perform a tuck float for 5 seconds
🐸Be starting to or confidently doing push from wall & glide on the back & front without support
🐸Can regain an upright position from the back & front without support
🐸Able to fully submerge to pick up an object
🐸Show a good grasp of basic Breaststroke leg kick & arms, with or without aids
🐸Can tread water for 10-15 seconds (mouth clear of water)

We have a few spaces left for this 4 day course, daily swimming lessons boost their confidence and enhance their safety in the water by focusing on building essential skills, such as water confidence, floating and basic strokes.

The block will be 8 classes not 6 to take us up to the October half term.
Academy swimmers we have availability Wednesday/Thursday evenings as well as our Saturday classes.
