Nicola is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists who are the largest professional association for complementary, holistic beauty and sports therapists. Since initially qualifying in Indian

Head Massage in 2010 she has added to her qualifications with an ITEC level 3 Diploma in Massage in 2017 and VCTC level 3 Sports Massage in 2022 at Farnborough College of Technology. Nicola is continuing her studies with level 4 Sports Massage to bring a greater knowledge and ability to help her clients. She has been involved in sports, coaching and development since she was 19, and still supports businesses with coaching and development. This passion for continual development is what drives her to continue learning new techniques and skills. All session times include 15 minutes of consultation and post care advice as part of the treatment. Nicola will work from Nilosa in Frimley as a visiting specialist or she will come to your house or event.
