Are you thinking of taking up the game for the first time, or an experienced player looking for a fresh environment?

Well we can't wait to meet you!

At the Fram we have coaches across every age group, 12s, 14s, 16s, and 18s.

Every coach holds a DBS, safeguarding certificate, headcase awareness, 1st aid, and RFU coaching qualifications up to level 3 Advanced.

We have a club progression programme that transitions the girls through into senior rugby with the ultimate aim being the 2027-28 Inner Warrior season utilising our close relationship with UWE Women's Rugby

Not only do we host rugby based training, skills and game development, but also female foccussed awareness sessions to help guide the girls through sport and welfare, building confidence and ultimately a safe space.

If keen to get involved, get in touch, we'll be happy tio answer any questions before coming down to make sure your welcome is as comfortable and at ease as possible.

A great day out for Frampton Girls U12s at the North Bristol Love Rugby Festival 🏉 alongside their friends from Bristol Pumas.

Plenty of game time for everyone and lots of positives to take away. Kick-offs and breakdown work are really starting to improve, and the effort from all the girls was spot on.

Everyone got stuck in and we grew into the day. Brilliant to see the progress and determination this season from such an inspiring group of girls 💪

Today was sportsmanship personified. The lending of players to the opposition to get the game on, swapping and changing, adjusting the laws, changing pitch size - everything to keep the game on, and going so both teams can still have positive takeaways for the day.

Big hand to all players from both sides, this is why we play our game.

FCRFC 2026 GIRLS TAKEOVER DAY confirmed for Sunday 14th June on Crossbow Fields.

This year is even bigger and better than before, with structured age specific coaching, skill zones, and fun games, including a fund raising 7's touch tournament for 11-16yr olds. Plus we'll have the obligatory BBQ, sweet stand, refreshing bar, Barbie giveaway stand, Her Game Too Rugby activity stand, along with some pitch side fun and games to keep the whole family engaged.

This event is open to all girls and women, of all ages and experience, so come along for a fun afternoon, see if rugby is for you, your, mum, daughter, or sister, and why not bring a friend to join in with you!

Our coaches will be in hand for any questions you may have regarding any of the age groups leading into the next season.
