It was great fun being the lead cyclist at the Framlingham 10k today! 🚴‍♂️ A great opportunity to witness the race from a different perspective!

Some fantastic performances from Team POW & the Fram Flyers! 👏

Congratulations to everyone who ran from all the local clubs, as well as all the unattached runners. You helped to make it a brilliant morning.

It was little Louie's last Infusion session with us today before he starts school on Friday.

Louie has been coming along since before he was born - where has that time gone! 👶😱

We marked the occasion by wearing his favourite Ipswich kits and had a few treats afterwards.

Good luck at school Louie - we'll miss you and look forward to seeing you in the holidays...

A brilliant afternoon for Team POW & Fram Flyers at the Lowestoft Scores race today.

It's a unique race which includes 13 hills and over 400 steps!

Everyone had cracking runs in warm & windy conditions.

Superb effort 👏
