Four Marks Martial Arts Academy We offer our comminity an opportunity to develop physical and mental wellbeing in a friendly communty based Karate and Kickboxing club.

Members train regularly at Ropley Village Hall developing their skills and nurturing self confidence. Four Marks Martial Arts Academy aims to develop an individuals athletic ability through training in Martial Arts activities. The Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday club nights are based at Ropley Village Hall. Friday and Saturday classes are held at Four Marks Schools.

As we all know weather is forecast to be hot over the next few days ..
Classes will still be on if you want to attend,
We will focus on more slow technical work for gradings with lots of rehydration breaks so PLEASE remember to bring plenty of water 🙏

MISSING UNIFORM

Good morning everyone, I hope you are coping with the lovely weather 😎

One of our little dragons has misplaced his Gi jacket has anyone picked it up & put it in their kit bag by accident ?
Please can you let me know as he will need it for his grading at the weekend 🙏🙏🙏

Summer uniform is a Club Tshirt with your belt & Gi bottoms.
If you don’t have a club Tshirt & need to order one please see Caroline.
