Another Amazing, strong & Busy week 💪🔥
Friday SD-ROX complete this morning hitting targets within 1 min limits 👏😊

Im not sure how I can make these classes any harder to push them even more because they are all getting so bloody strong and fit 💪

We now have January to train for... if you want to get involved with us, have a focus over winter, try something new then get booked in and do something for yourself even if its out your comfort zone 😍

First class scheduled for trial next Wednesday 16th September 5pm.

Alot of interest for this so get booking and let your kids enjoy learning to lift weights, build strength and work on fitness 💪

2 days time tickets go on sale for The Gauntlet in Glasgow in January

Mel and myself completed this course this year and it was a great course, so laid back, no pressure, less running, atmosphere was great and we had another one in the bag 💪♥️

Would recommend this to anyone wanting to take part in events but not into the pressures of Hyrox!!

So get it on the calender and join us at the event- make a great day like we did at deadly dozen
