📅 One week to go until our friendly with Thurso!

I think we have 8 ladies plus a few from Mallaig. Could always do with a few more if anyone else is available and wants to have a run around... even if it's just for a quarter!

🏫 The hall at Lochaber High School is booked 1-3pm. I'll be there 15 minutes early to set up.

👗 We won't have enough netball dresses to go around so please wear suitable clothing and footwear for playing in. We'll use bibs.

💰 We're asking everyone to pay £5 to play. This is to cover hall hire costs. Cash is preferable but bank transfer is also possible (details on the day).

The hall (at Lochaber High School) is booked for 1pm and we're hoping to get a couple of FRIENDLY matches in.

These matches are FRIENDLIES so everyone is welcome to come along and play and have some netball fun 😁

Please let me know if you're able to attend 🙏

There will be a charge per player in order to cover the cost of the hall hire... I'll keep you posted about this as the date approaches.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update...

Due to very low numbers towards the end of last year we are having to stop Tuesday night training sessions. If we don't get the numbers we can't afford the hall, it's as simple as that 😔

We will hopefully have some matches and events for those of you still keen to play.

We're also still competing in the Highland League with matches scheduled for the next few months.

Our next match is on Saturday 3rd February in Inverness. A few of you have already told me you're available to play but if there are any other volunteers out there then give me a shout!

Netball will return, we're just having a minor blip 🤷‍♀️

Today was match day! 💜

A three women strong FW crew travelled up to Inverness to face Fyrish. Fortunately our numbers were bolstered by some very friendly and willing volunteers from Inverness Rec and Ruby teams 🤗

We fought hard and came away with the win. A close game but a lot of fun had by everyone!

Congratulations to Flic for being awarded Player of the Match 🥳👌👏

Final score: Fyrish 22 vs 31 Falcons

That's it for netball in 2023. Let's see what 2024 holds.

Well, that's a wrap folks!

Netball sessions have finished for 2023. Numbers have been too low for us to consider continuing. We shall reassess in the new year.

We are still looking for players for our league match on Saturday 9th December! Please please please, if you're available then let me know 🙏
