Revolutionise

Revolutionise Welcome to Revolutionise, the accelerator for people with purpose. A revolution starts when a small group of people coalesce around a single purpose.

We work with businesses, charities, social enterprises and public sector bodies who seek growth in order to solve a problem for the greater good. They define their purpose, refine it and communicate it with passion. The inspiration ignites, enthusiasm spreads, the revolution reaches a critical mass and becomes unstoppable in its momentum. We help you focus and build the behaviours and communicatio

ns that drive growth. Focus creates energy and focus comes from purpose. Your purpose needs to be powerful, pure and most of all precise. It must clearly differentiate you from your competitors at the same time as unifying and energising your teams. Our services come in four main categories:

Inspiration – seminars, webinars and publications to help you, your leaders and teams believe that acceleration behind a powerful purpose is both possible and desirable. Education – seminars and webinars to teach the art and science of working in the purposeful and emotional space - why it works, how it works and how to do it. Browse our current events here - https://www.revolutionise.com/events. Design – co-creation of purposes, missions, programmes, training and communications. Support – consultants and coaches to stand with you as you accelerate your purpose-driven revolution.

Dr Kathryn Edworthy tells us more about the recent research project she conducted with Adrian Sargeant at the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy, and how thrilled they were by the global response to the survey that provided such a huge dataset to analyse.

Kathryn, Adrian & Alan Clayton will all be speaking at the Revolutionise Annual Lecture in London on Wednesday 30 November (2-5pm).

They'll provide deep insights into what the research tells us about the role of identity, wellbeing and motivation in fundraiser recruitment and retention, and how you can implement these findings into your own organisation

We have long worked on the hypothesis that fundraisers are motivated by needs which are different from their colleagues in programme and service provision. But our recent research collaboration with the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy is the first time this hypothesis has been scientifically tested - and proven!

The research is based on deep academic analysis and a huge dataset of more than 2700 fundraisers from around the world.

We are hugely excited to have Alan Clayton, Adrian Sargeant & Kathryn Carpenter present a thorough review of the research - along with invaluable tips on implementation into your own organisation - at the Annual Lecture in London on Wednesday 30 November.

The last few tickets are available here - https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/annual-lecture-2022-what-makes-fundraisers-tick-tickets-417835817177.

Join 200 fundraisers from more than 50 charities in the room on the day!

You'll leave with a better understanding of what motivates fundraisers and how to support them in meaningful ways to ensure you can grow and sustain your organisation in challenging times.
