Forres Mechanics are delighted to announce the signing of defender Ewan Neil on a two year deal.

A left-sided defender, Ewan has been a standout figure in the North Caledonian League for the past two seasons, notching up over 50 appearances for Inverness Athletic.

A string of impressive performances last season saw Ewan take home the Players Player of the Year award after helping lead his side to a second consecutive third place finish.

Ewan’s arrival adds further strength to the squad, and everyone at the club is looking forward to seeing him in the chocolate and gold.

We’re on the hunt for change!

Since our founding in 1884, our club has provided community and opportunities for local players, volunteers, and supporters, whilst proudly representing the town and wider Forres area in the Highland League.

Now, as the environment we operate in becomes ever more dynamic and challenging, we are looking for new blood, fresh ideas, and fresh enthusiasm to direct the club on a path that not only allows us to continue what we have done for over 150 years, but drives us towards long term success.

With the right people on board, it will be an exciting journey, and one we hope many of you may be interested in being a part of.

So get it in your diaries, from 1pm on Sunday the 28th of June, we hope to see you all at Mosset Park.
