We need your help.

After the success of the Menopause Support Workshops at the Forres Community Centre we are looking to start one here but when?

Please comment below on preferred day and we will get something set up soon. With the instructors availability it would be either a Monday evening or Thursday evening at 8pm.

The class will include:

Support and advice from our very own Menopause Support Coach,
Weight resistance training,
Relaxation,
Lifestyle and nutritional advice,
Mindfulness advice.

Only availability at the moment would be Monday or Thursday evenings at 8pm

Join us for Stretch, Core and Stability on Mondays at 7pm-7.45pm and Thursdays 6pm-6.45pm.
A combination of yoga, tai chi and Pilates choreographed to music. Starting at basic level moves progressing to advanced level. Suitable for all abilities.
