Weekly classes on Tues + Thurs starting on Tuesday 29th September 9.15am -10.15am. Enjoy movement, yoga, dance, relaxation, meditation and meeting other Mum's.

🌸 I am so excited for our New Yoga For Mum's class🎉 starting Tuesday 29th September 9.15am - 10.15am at Woodvale Community centre in Ainsdale.

This is a beautiful venue with the community at the heart of everything they do. A warm and cosy space to come and relax, move your body, meet other mums, and have some time to focus on yourself. You can bring your babies, toddlers, and little ones along to join in or just play whilst you take some time for yourself.

If you arrive a bit early, there will be hot drinks available to enjoy ☕️
This is a class all about relaxing, having fun, moving, connecting back to your body, finding space in your thoughts and giving yourself some time back.
