Our Friday night 6pm Circuits just got a whole lot better! Starting next Friday (30th) we’re having the one & only Alexander Toal play his Live DJ set to bring the energy & carry you through the workout 🏋🏼‍♂️🔥🎶

If this proves a success then the last Friday of EVERY month will be just like this, so get booked on!! Open to non-member for just £10 or INCLUDED for current members 🙌🏼

The amazing will be taking you through these blissful classes and yes, they are INCLUDED within any of our monthly memberships or available to pay as you go (£10) 🤝

Training hard is great, I’m all for it obviously 🦾 but how you recover & move freely afterwards is just as important. Let alone the mental unwinding aspect Yoga can help with 💆🏼‍♂️

As with all our classes they are bookable within the Glo-Fox app once you’ve registered an account, we offer trials, PAYG class passes plus our cheapest membership would cover all of your yoga classes for just £35 per month!

Private parking on site & yoga mats are available to borrow if you don’t have your own yet, otherwise please bring your own mat 😌
