The genius of Old Tom Morris was to use the rig and furrow contours of this land to create a course of imagination, variety, and surprise.

This is a terrain that you can’t play anywhere else in Scotland. Just 20 minutes from Carnoustie, a visit to Scotland’s North East isn’t complete without a walk through history at Forfar.

HOLE IN ONE
Like London buses, holes in one at Forfar are coming thick and fast.
On Monday, member Bruce Morrice holed his tee shot on the Par 3 13th hole. His first ever hole in one.
To celebrate Bruce kindly popped a bottle on the bar so members could share in his success.
Congratulations Bruce 1️⃣
