A bit of light sparring from back in the Summer. Working on entering into "chi sau range" aka the clinch. Just using simple straight punches, side punches, pak sau to seek the bridge and trying not to walk into a punch! Great fun as always.

Siu nim tao: Little idea form. The first empty hand form of Wing Chun. Comprised of 3 sections; 1. Gong lik (development of elbow skill), 2. Fa geng (development of releasing energy) 3. Basic skill training (learning the basic hand shapes of wing chun with the correct application of gong lik and fa geng.
