✨Introducing Tara✨

Tara discovered Reformer Pilates through her background in eventing, initially using it to build strength, balance, and stability in the saddle. What began as a way to support her riding quickly developed into a passion, as she experienced first-hand the powerful benefits Pilates can have on performance, posture, and overall body strength.

Tara is passionate about helping clients of all backgrounds move better, feel stronger, and build lasting core stability. She is particularly enthusiastic about introducing riders to Pilates and supporting them in developing strength and control in and out of the saddle.

Alongside her love for Pilates, Tara enjoys netball, running, and of course riding. Her classes are designed to be dynamic and challenging, encouraging clients to push their limits while building strength, balance, and confidence.

✨Introducing Rachel✨

Rachel’s career in movement began as a professional dancer, before evolving into over 15 years of experience as a dedicated movement educator. Following her dance career, she trained as a YMCA Exercise to Music and Fitness Trainer in 2000, completed Pilates Mat training in 2007, and Reformer Pilates training in 2008. She has also undertaken extensive Yoga Teacher Training, including a Master Training completed in 2020.

Rachel is deeply passionate about helping people connect with their bodies through conscious breath and intelligent movement. Her teaching style blends strong technical foundations with intuitive awareness, encouraging clients to move in ways that feel supportive, empowering, and personal to them.

With a focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence, Rachel’s classes are both challenging and nurturing. She believes true power begins with the breath, using it as a tool to build resilience, deepen body awareness, and create a sense of ease and balance in movement.

Rachel will be teaching alternate Saturdays at 8am, 9am, 10am & 11am - book your space now 📆
