Through years of hard work Dan forged a career in professional rugby playing at the highest finishing with Newcastle Falcons. With high level competition comes a high risk of injury and Dan was forced to retire early with a debilitating back condition. Through education and learning the mechanics of back injury Dan was able to rehabilitate and go to compete in strongman competitions placing 3rd at

Nationals in his first year. With 13 years training experience Dan is now using his wealth of training experience to help driven men and women achieve rapid results. Dan has a real passion for training and finding strategies to blast through plateaus to reach new levels of performance. Specialist Areas

Bulgarians are absolutely phenomenal for working the legs and sparing the back.

With a small technique change you can really target your glutes and build the hips.

I got Kelvin to have a slight forward lean and sit back a little more. He’ll be feeling that one tomorrow!

Great news from across the pond today.

Nathan trains with me over video call and his consistency has really paid off. His sessions work around his busy schedule/family life.

We’ve trained everywhere from gyms, hallways, basements, kitchens and even his kids bedrooms!

He still enjoys his burritos and masala’s whilst we still get results.

I’m opening up spaces to join for personal training and online coaching.

What is that you ask?

In person coaching will be from my garage gym (2 sessions a week) alongside training to complete outside of our sessions.

Online coaching will be over my training app tailored to the equipment or gym you have access to.

Accepting people looking to work hard and commit to the training.

I can confirm that Boxing Day dips/chins are 150% harder after a Xmas day feed. Few sets of eight in the park while out and about. Laying some foundations for hitting the ground running in January. I’ll be releasing some PT slots and a special online program tomorrow for those ready to take 2025 by the horns.

Managed to get some weight strapped to Andy’s sets of chins this week. Starting him off at 5 reps then we’ll keep going until we reach 8 with 5kg.

If you want to set yourself up for continued success and muscle is your goal, do the following…..Pick a movement and use a weight you can bang out 10 reps with 1-2 reps left in the tank. For the next few weeks keeps adding reps until you can hit 15 reps in one all out set.Once you’ve made that 15 you are ready to go up in weight. Keep running this until getting 15 reps seems like mission impossible. Then you can switch the exercise.
