Pink Ribbon Pilates with Live Well With Cancer for people affected by cancer:
Wednesdays 2pm to 3pm - free

Yin Yoga
Mondays 7.15pm to 8pm - £6.50

Chair Pilates at West Moor Community Centre

Every Tuesday evening 5pm to 6pm.

Sessions are designed to strengthen the core, upper and lower body without the worry of getting up and down the floor.
The chair is used as a support for the posture and allows the person to focus on each individual exercise.

Just come along to give it a go 😃
