Played North Shields CCFC this morning to raise much needed funds for North East Hearts with Goals remembering our friend and team mate Lee Turner who sadly passed 02/09/2009. .

Great morning albeit the result wasn’t important thankfully we don’t have to chase them about every week some of our lads were old enough to be their grandads 👴🏻.

The money raised today in our charity match with has been handed to and will be used to buy a defib for the childrens heart unit at the freeman. Hopefully us old men getting ran ragged in the name of charity will make a huge difference to many lives.
