REMINDER

Another summer of Pilates has come to an end. Thank you to everyone who joined me through the heat!

The deadline for signing up to next term's classes is Monday 24th August. If you haven't had the email, please let me know.

It's a long term, so if you're worried about the cost, I am happy for installments, waiting for pay day, swapsies etc!

Classes start back Wednesday 2nd September.

I am finalising the class lists for the Autumn term and the only spaces I have available are in the two advanced classes. These classes have all the fundamentals of Pilates, including stretching and mobilizing, but have more emphasis on strength training. If you would like to come along for a FREE trial class, please get in touch.
