Very excited to announce we have arranged our first Reformer Pilates retreat 👏 Oct 2-4 2026
Staying at the beautiful and a colab with a beautiful rural studio bordering the Cotswolds. Never thought we’d take this path but we wanted to give back to our clients as a Thankyou for all their support over the last 11 years 🙏🏻 It’s most importantly very affordable and we will have so much fun 🤩 Different equipment for them to try and plenty of classes to help fill their days……. Can’t wait 😛

We are running two Pilates Basic Principles Workshops at Godshill Village Hall Friday 24th April 6.45pm and Thursday 30th April 9.15am just £10pp. Have you ever wondered why sometimes you just don’t click with some of the moves in class, this workshop is ideal for beginners and those who already practice - we visit the basic principles and help you to understand what works best for you as an individual because let’s face it, no body is the same. Ever find sometimes your back hurts, or your neck hurts? Then join us and learn why and how to remedy these problems. Limited availability on both dates so if you are interested please message me - spaces must be booked prior to the event to ensure safety of numbers

Today in Agadir we ventured out and tried Lagree at the lovely Having never done it before we were unsure what to expect. It’s different to Reformer and Celine encourages slow and controlled moves under time rather than reps. The studio has a lovely feel to it. Celine and her clients were very friendly and welcoming and the class was in French and English which was very impressive. If you find yourself in Agadir then look her up as I would highly recommend trying Lagree if you have never done it. We will return Friday to experience her reformer class 👍🏻 💪🏻

Love watching clients develop and do moves they never thought possible - a great morning in the studio as the sun tried to shine - if you’re still wondering what all the excitement is over reformer Pilates - come try it - I’m sure you won’t be disappointed 😊 We are also still running classes and a full timetable over Easter 🐣 and classes on the Bank Holidays 👍🏻😊
