From Senpai Brendon - IKK Knockdown Coach
Next Sunday 22nd will be our last Knockdown of the year and for most of us it'll be our last training of 2024. We'd like to end the year with a great session and as always, everyone is welcome (although due to the duration and nature of the class, it is only suitable for age 8+). Standard knockdown warm up, plenty of bag work, sparring and some fun to end the class
On the 22nd the knockdown class will start at 9.30, but we'd like everyone to arrive for 9am so we can take some class pictures, so full gi please! (Welcome to train in casual clothes, but gi for pictures). For those that have competed this year, please bring your team jackets and any knockdown trophies/medals you've gained this year. We're aiming to do some big group shots and then individuals. If you can't make the 22nd, then we can take some individual pictures tomorrow to put together a bit of a montage, if you can't make either week then you can send us a picture against a light background
