I grow it every now and then until it gets to a length where I realise, I’m just not cut out for the beard life 😂

So not only am I now cutting fat, I’m also cutting my facial hair!

It was 2am so that’s probably why there were less iron clangers, yellers and heavy breathers.

Sometimes it’s nice to put the weights back in their place too lol when you leave the gym, they don’t magically find their way back to the rack.

We're too easy on ourselves.

You have to make time and sacrifice temporary pleasures for permanent results!

You don’t have to punish yourself with strict diets consisting of shakes and soups with no real reward.

But you do have to cut out the guilty pleasures to carve out the body shape that you are most comfortable in!

Sacrifice something today for a better tomorrow.
