Hey Guys & Girls!

So we've confirmed two nights per week with Tru Gym starting from the 20th of October and If we're consistently meeting capacity we will look to expand. Classes will be as follows.

Tuesdays - 6pm - 7pm
7pm - 8pm

Thursdays - 6pm - 7pm
7pm - 8pm

Classes will be limited to 10 per 1-hour class due to covid restrictions with the possibility of staying on for the second hour if spaces are available.

All classes will be No-Gi (T-Shirt & shorts is fine but rashguard/spats if preferable)

£5 for Tru Gym members
£7.50 for non-members
