When preparing for Selfdefense situations it’s important that your training is accurate and not constrained there needs to be an element of unexpected caos “The fight”

When you add this to your training you understand it's about adapting to the situation not chasing the technique but adopting the principles to solve the problem.

Another grading weekend - it was tough for sure but worth it.
Nothing is given always earned.
Now back on the mats tomorrow and display to all, those new belts if you achieved them and if you did not we learnt and are better placed to go get them 👊

What is Tough Maga ?
Tough Maga is a high octane military style obstacle course with around 40 obstacles to navigate through over 1 or 2 kilometres.

On top of that you will be briefed and trained on a number of easy to apply military Krav Maga Self-Defence and combat techniques that you will need to perform under stress and fatigue whilst undertaking the course.

What is Tougher Maga ?

A 4km, tougher course including new obstacles and of course a few extra surprises.
Tougher Maga will be the ultimate test of fitness and focus!
