Spindles Health & Leisure Club offers members, guests and hotel residents the opportunity to enjoy the use of our gym, swimming pool and sauna. The gym includes resistance equipment, free weights, treadmills, upright bikes, cross trainers and a stepper. We also have a stretch mat, skipping ropes, cables and pulleys, abdominal bench and more. The swimming pool is heated with a dedicated baby pool,
shallow area and adult only swim times. We have changing room access directly from the pool area and a poolside shower. Poolside also offers the use of loungers and seating for onlookers. The sauna was refurbished in late 2016 and offers two tier bright pine wood seating and cool blue, down led lighting. Changing rooms include showers, toilets and lockers - Lockers take a pound coin which is returned. Price guide:
