A big well done to everyone who came along and competed last night, for some we know it was your first competition and we truly hope you enjoyed our event!

At SouthCoast Carnage out main focus is ALWAYS the same…bring the community together, run a well organised competition that will test your fitness & mind, to be achievable by all and be sure EVERYONE enjoys their day as a competitor or spectator!

We’ve had nothing but kind words regarding the event and positive feedback, thank you all for this!

Workout 1 at the Friday Night Lifts SCC event is ☝️ STRENGTH ——————————————————————————— PART A:You will have 8 minutes to establish a 1RM clean where both individual scores will be combined to 1 total weight. ——————————————————————————— PART B:A 2 minute power output test of squat cleans ——————————————————————————-- RX males - 50kg . Scaled males - 40kg ——————————————————————————— RX females - 35kg . Scaled females 25kg ————————————————————————- Scoring for this is weight x reps. Both the combined 1RM and power output score will be totalled to create one score (weight in kgs)There will be a 1minute rest between parts A and B ——————————————————————————— ANY questions please comment below or DM us 😎

At SouthCoastCarnage our primary goal is always the same..bring the CrossFit community together, run a well organised competition that tests your fitness, to be achievable by all and be sure everyone enjoys their day!
